横島 礼理


 1991年生まれ、東京都出身。5歳よりヴァイオリンを始める。
桐朋女子高等学校音楽科（男女共学）、桐朋学園大学を卒業。

第62回全日本学生音楽コンク－ル東京大会、全国大会1位。併せて兎束賞・東儀賞・日本放送協会賞を受賞。

これまでに堀正文、久保良治、飯田芳江、草野玲子の各氏に師事。

​現在、NHK交響楽団奏者として活動活動する傍ら、ソロや室内楽など幅広い分野で演奏活動を行っている。

Masamichi Yokoshima – Violin

Japanese violinist Masamichi Yokoshima was born in Tokyo in 1991 and began studying the violin at the age of five. He graduated from the Music Department of Toho Gakuen High School and later from Toho Gakuen School of Music.

He won First Prize at the 62nd All-Japan Student Music Competition, both at the Tokyo Regional Competition and the National Competition, receiving additional honors including the Usagi Prize, Togi Prize, and the NHK Award.

He studied violin with Masafumi Hori, Ryoji Kubo, Yoshie Iida, and Reiko Kusano.

Currently, he is a member of the NHK Symphony Orchestra, while also performing actively as a soloist and chamber musician in a wide range of concert activities.
